Family members gathered outside Chippawa Creek At Bella Care Residence in Niagara Falls on Friday to show their appreciation for the staff who care for their loved ones.
Members of the Bella Family Council tied bright balloons near the front of the building, held signs, and applauded as staff members walked by to start their shifts at the Chippawa facility.
