EPS Congratulates the Opening of Generations Toronto

Generations Toronto officially opened on March 30, 2026, marking an important step forward in how we think about housing and community living in Canada.
Located at 325 Moriyama Drive, the development brings 390 new rental homes, a 122 bed long-term care facility, and an early childhood development spaces into a multi-generational setting designed to support not just housing needs, but also health services and community connection. It’s a practical, thoughtful approach—bringing seniors, families, and individuals together in one integrated community.
What stands out most is the level of collaboration behind the project. Leaders from all levels of government joined the opening, along with His Highness the Aga Khan, highlighting how strong partnerships can turn complex ideas into real outcomes.
With $130 million in federal financing and additional support from the City of Toronto, Generations Toronto shows what’s possible when governments and communities align around a shared goal—creating more housing while building stronger, more inclusive neighbourhoods.
Why this matters
Projects like this go beyond adding supply. They demonstrate a more connected way of thinking about housing—where living, care, and community are considered together.
For organizations across the senior living and housing sectors, this kind of model is becoming increasingly relevant as needs continue to evolve.
Effective Pricing Solutions (EPS) congratulates all the partners, leaders, and organizations who helped make Generations Toronto a reality. This is a meaningful achievement and a great example of what can be accomplished through collaboration and shared vision.
We look forward to seeing more initiatives like this shape the future of housing across Canada.
